In keeping with this mission, we have served the communities of southern Maine since 1982, bringing art classes and lessons for children and adults in the Irvine School of Art; vacation arts camps for children; music classes (both instrumental and vocal) for children and adults in the Chappell School of Music; concerts; visual art exhibitions in the Irvine Gallery of Art and the
Performance Hall Gallery; dance and theater performances; other public programs including lectures and films.

Directions To River Tree Center For The Arts: From 95: take exit 25 (Rt.35) and follow Route 35 south through downtown Kennebunk, and another 3 miles down to Kennebunk Lower Village. At the light of Rt. 35 and Rt. 9 take a right onto Rt. 9 heading for Wells. We are about 5 buildings down on the right, just past Grissini's Restaurant and right across from Ocean Exposure Photography.

Coming from the South, take Rt. 1 to Rt. 9, just past the Maine Diner: Follow route 9 through the light at Sea Rd., continuing straight. After 3/4 of a mile look for River Tree Center for the Arts on the left across from Ocean Exposure and the Mekong Thai Restaurant.
