Textile/Mixed Media Artist
"The feel of the fabric, the play of colors in different fabrics, designing a picture or a piece of clothing out of a variety of fabrics and textures, finding a unique use for yarns, ribbons and other embellishments, or creating new fabric with paints and dyes………these are all things that excite and intrigue me about working with textiles and fiber."
Kathy Angel Lee is a textile/mixed media artist working with fabrics, yarns, ribbons, thread, paint, beads, and other embellishments. Her work is eclectic with pieces depicting flowers, landscapes, fish, animals, and abstracts.
