Middle/High School Performance Classes - Ongoing enrollment

Registration/Payment - register by phone at 207-967-9120 or at the front desk with your payment before the deadline. In either case, payment by check or credit card is required to hold your place in a class or workshop. Deadline: Please register no later than one week prior to the first meeting of the class. All classes have minimum and maximum enrollment requirements, so early registration will improve the chances of a class running or filling up without you! As always, please let us know if you need partial or full scholarship assistance. We are located in Lower Village, 35 Western Avenue, Kennebunk.

River Glee

Wednesdays, 3:30-5pm, $85
In the spirit of the "Glee" television program, this class will incorporate singing, dancing, acting and theater games. Students will learn basic acting and vocal techniques as well as simple choreography. Class time will include learning songs from pop music as well as tunes from famous Broadway musicals. This pressure-free class will allow participants to explore theater through age appropriate acting games. The class will culminate in a fantastic show for family and friends. This class welcomes both beginners and the seasoned performers! Join us for a fun-filled afternoon. Ann Guiney

Broadway, Baby
Thursdays, 6-7:30pm $85


This workshop introduces participants to the world of musical theater. This class is open to all levels of musical theater students. Each student will be assigned scenes and songs from Broadway shows to hone their performance skills. Students will explore the basics of vocal technique and acting as well as theatrical dance and song. Students will also work on developing skills for auditioning. 

Session one: January 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16 & March 1

Acting Class
Wednesdays, 6-7:30pm $85


This course is open to all students interested in learning the craft of acting. Students will learn fundamental skill and basic stage terminology. Students will delve into the world of acting by working on inner monologue, technique and emotional truth. Students have opportunity to work on monologues and scene study to be shared at the final session.
